Richard Hester

Company founder

Richard is a former school head who has a masters' degree in Educational Leadership and Management. He has worked with schools throughout Europe, South America and Asia and has presented at education conferences in UK, Amsterdam, Colombo, Mumbai, Prague, Riyadh and Rome. He is passionate about combining effective leadership, excellence in performance and a positive school culture.

David Rowsell

Consultant, coach and trainer

David has 25 years of school leadership experience (18 as head): in two schools in UK, followed by being the Principal of two international schools - in Prague and Washington DC. He is passionate about the transformational power of continual learning for young people, teachers and leaders alike. He works with a wide range of schools to promote coaching, continual professional learning and, most importantly, high performance pedagogy.

Lin Whyte

Consultant, coach and trainer

Lin is a lifelong educator who was formerly a principal of three schools in Cambridge, UK and has worked as a lead facilitator, assessor and coach for the National College of Teaching and Learning and latterly, University College London (UCL) since 1997. Her role as a lead facilitator for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and ECIS has taken Lin to many parts of the world delivering enrichment and leadership programmes.

Mike Crossley

Consultant and trainer

Mike Crossley is an experienced former Headmaster and MHFA & NUCO registered Youth instructor; his last school is the proud recipient of the acclaimed Optimus Wellbeing Award for schools. With over 25 years’ experience as a senior manager in three leading schools, and fourteen years as a Head, Mike is also a much practised ISI school Inspector and experienced leadership and middle management trainer. He is an ILM Level 7 executive coach and mentor and a qualified Senior Mental Health Lead.
