With a wealth of experience of leading and working with international schools, we can offer consultancy, training for leaders (including middle leaders) and training for teachers.

All our work can be delivered live online or face-to-face (when permitted), or a mixture of both, according to the school's requirements.

We also offer coaching for senior and middle leaders as well as newly/ recently qualified teachers.

"The training session was extremely useful; it was well delivered and the trainer really knew his stuff! In particular he was able to engage all the staff present, no matter their level of experience. Everyone felt they had grown in confidence and capacity as a result of the session and found it reassuring that the trainer had first-hand experience of dealing with the issues raised. Richard is a most professional and personable speaker and we look forward to working with him again in the future."

Andrew Atkinson, Senior School Assistant Headteacher, Tanglin Trust School, Singapore.

"Richard recently delivered training with our secondary leadership team and middle leaders, and was excellent. Great feedback from my staff."

John Gwyn Jones, Managing Director, Panyathip International School, The British International School in Laos.

"Richard visited our school for an intense middle leadership workshop. His work with staff was succinct, working strategically towards our whole school goals. His engaging and knowledgeable personality created a platform whereby our leaders felt comfortable with the session materials and felt able to implement in to their daily practice in the future. What was impressive was how Richard carefully researched the school and the attendees to ensure that the session was tailored specifically to our needs, context and current situation."

Neil McGarry, Principal, Britannica International School, Budapest, Hungary.

Richard came into our school to work with new and experienced leaders.  He challenged all of us to consider our work and to reflect on our practice based on our individual experiences and within the context of our school and culture.  Richard is well read and has his finger on the pulse of current leadership practice and theory.  He is able to weave concepts and values together.

Richard spent time getting to know the context of our school before he arrived and was nimble to our needs during our workshop. He left us with many ideas and theories to consider and has helped us to push up our bar of leadership by providing us group skills as well as individual attention to our needs.  He is a compelling presenter with excellent background in middle level and senior leadership experience in a variety of international schools.

Karen Lavender, Faculty Development Coordinator, American College of Sofia, Bulgaria.

We invited Rick to deliver a workshop to our existing and aspiring Middle Leaders. The content and delivery of the session were excellent and very well received by our attendees. Since then we have been happy to invite Rick back to work with our TA team, all of whom found the sessions very productive.

Both of the sessions proved to be an excellent investment and we look forward to working with Rick again in the future!

Martin Breen, Deputy Head of Primary, Bangkok International Preparatory and Secondary School, Thailand.
